<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler device capable of improving bleeding of exhaust gas while exhausting the exhaust gas in the desired direction. <P>SOLUTION: This muffler device 50 is connected to a rear end part of an exhaust pipe 44 extending from an internal combustion engine of a vehicle. An exhaust outlet 74 opening toward the outside of the vehicle is arranged in a rear part of a muffler body 51. A muffler side cover 52 and an end cap 53 as a muffler cover are arranged on the muffle body 51.
