<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin type solar cell connector which comprises a bypass diode and improves the reliability of the diode by improving heat radiation in a configuration easy to be manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: In the diode zone of a flat insulated housing including the diode zone and a lead wire connection zone, a connector is provided wherein a chip type diode is connected to a heat radiating panel and filled with mold resin, and a flat plate which is deposited in tight contact with a lower part of the diode zone as a heating part is formed as a heat radiating means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
