<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training program preparation system for comprehending the individualities of each trainee when training operators of a nuclear power plant to prepare a training program corresponding to the individualities, and also easily preparing, keeping, and using a scenario for performing effective training when training operators of a nuclear power plant. <P>SOLUTION: In this training program preparation system, an instructor operates a terminal 13 for instructor, extracts a scenario suited to the training execution experience of a trainee from a training guidance providing device 11, and prepares an optimum scenario for the trainee, making it possible to prepare a training program based on an optimum training scenario adapted to the individualities of the trainee. Further, when the instructor changes the scenario as occasion may demand according to the corresponding state of the trainee, a result thereof is stored in the providing device 11 and can be reflected in preparation of a next training program. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
