PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk loading device having a thin tray unit which has a simple constitution and sufficient strength and which does not deteriorate the beauty. SOLUTION: In the constitution including: a tray unit capable of traveling between a first position where a disk can be attached/detached, a second position where the disk is accommodated and stands by, and a third position where the disk can be reproduced, wherein the tray unit is provided with a first tray 6 capable of traveling between the first position and the second position and a second tray 7 provided so as to overlap with the first tray 6 and capable of traveling between the second position and the third position when the first tray 6 is in the second position; and a tray driving unit for driving the first tray 6 and the second tray 7, a guide groove 6g through which the side part of the second tray 7 is inserted is provided to the side part of the first tray 6.
