PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk player in which collision of a disk with a chucking pulley in the loading can be avoided even when the player is made thin. SOLUTION: In this disk player, an arm member 4 reciprocating linked with loading operation and unloading operation is provided to a chassis 1, the end of the arm member is engaged with the chucking pulley 3, the arm member 4 holds the chucking pulley 3 at a position being separated from a disk transporting path when a disk enters between a turntable and the chucking pulley 3, when the disk reaches a loading completion position, the arm member 4 moves the chucking pulley 3 to a position being close to the disk transporting path.
