PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for correcting effective measuring space volumes different by wavelengths to obtain a correct measured result. SOLUTION: This fluorescence spectroscopic analyzer is provided with at least one excitation light sources 1, 7 for generating excitation lights for irradiating a sample, an objective lens 13 for converging the excitation light into an extremely micro area within the sample, lenses 20, 26 for converging fluorescence excited by the the excitation light, at least two or more of photodetectors 18, 24, and a confocal optical system arranged with pinholes 21, 27 in front of the respective detectors 18, 24 to generate effectively extremely micro fluorescence detecting space, and conducts analysis using a mutual correlation signal of fluorescence intensities detected by the respective detectors 18, 24. The analyzer is provided with the means for correcting the effective measuring space volumes corresponding to the fluorescence intensities detected by the respective detectors 18, 24.
