<p>A lighting circuit of light emitting diodes powered by AC current is disclosed. The basic configuration of the lighting circuit is composed of a light emitting diode array and an AC-DC rectifier circuit, and the DC output of the AC-DC rectifier circuit is connected to the light emitting diode array. According to physical circumstances, the basic circuit can be changed to include a constant current source circuit, a filter circuit, a power factor correction circuit and so on all of which can be implemented by simple discrete elements.</p> |
