SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ALARM REPORTING ON EARTHQUAKE OCCURRENCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for alarm reporting of the occurrence of earthquake and distributing the earthquake information to portable terminals etc. of individual users, before the arrival of the earthquake, when the earthquake has occurred.

SOLUTION: The system for urgently reporting the occurrence of earthquakes is provided with a user registration storage part (a) for registering user setting information inputted from users' portable information terminals; an earthquake information receiving part (b) for receiving earthquake information from an earthquake occurrence information server via a network; an earthquake information computing part (c) for computing predicted earthquake intensities and estimated times of arrival of the earthquake, at addresses registered in the user registration storage part, on the basis of the user setting information; and an earthquake information distributing part (d) for distributing the predicted earthquake intensities and estimated times of the arrival of the earthquake at the addresses registered in the user registration storage part.
