<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that a system introduction cost and an operation cost for computer equipment and card issue are increased in a store side when considering point system introduction. <P>SOLUTION: A point system is operated by an external operation organization. The store side doesn't require software introduction to personal computers or the like and delivers point tickets including encrypted point codes to customers in accordance with commodities or services, and customers connect access codes written on the point tickets to a center from mobile phones, personal computers, or the like, and utilization conditions, visit conditions, etc. can be analyzed by input of access codes.
