PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent illicit use of contents for effective use of the contents.

SOLUTION: A transmission device of this invention has an ID management part 28 having an ID storage area 28a and an auxiliary storage area 28b and determines whether a unique ID received from a reception device is included in the ID storage area 28a or the auxiliary ID storage area 28b. In this way, even if the transmission device having a unique ID for a first short-range radio device is transmitting contents to a first reception device, a unique ID registration request from a second short-range radio device can be received for performing reregistration processing of the unique ID. Therefore, contents can be transmitted to a second reception device having a unique ID same as that of the second short-range radio transmission device without interrupting contents transmission to the first transmission device.
