<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the characteristic variance of a voltage-current conversion circuit which supplies a data signal to a data line for driving a transistor arranged in the pixel of an organic EL display device. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage-current conversion circuit in a data driver for driving the transistor arranged in the pixel has reset transistors 1503 and 1504 and a reset capacitance 1505 for correcting threshold voltage in addition to a voltage-current conversion transistor 1501 and a capacitance 1502.
