PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve good transferring and bending formation of a blank case even when a method for taking out and feeding a blank sheet is applied on a high speed wrap around type case manufacturing machine. SOLUTION: A sheet magazine 12 is overlaid with the blank sheet 11 by a posture in which an inner face IS becoming the inside when a box is prepared is stood toward the outside of a taking-out opening. The inner face IS of the blank sheet 11 is sucked by a suction cup 28 of a sheet transferring means 23 and is taken out of the sheet magazine 12. The posture of the suction cup 28 is changed by a posture changing means 24 after the sheet is taken out so that a suction hole 28a faces downward. By bringing a folding member 25 into contact with the outer face OS of the blank sheet 11 whose inner face IS is sucked by the suction cup 28 to transfer the blank sheet 11, the blank sheet 11 at a sucked site is pressed toward the sucking direction by the suction hole 28a, and the sheet 11 is folded upward.
