PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing electrolytic water, from which the produced water stabilized for a long period of time is obtained and which is constituted simply. SOLUTION: When the temperature of the salt water supplied through an electrolytic cell supply pipe 17 is≤10°C in an electrolytic cell 29, a coating film of a noble metal formed on each of an anode 31a and a cathode 31b is worn violently. Therefore, a warming mechanism 23 is arranged on an electrolytic water line to warm the raw water flowing in the electrolytic cell supply pipe 17, so that each of the anode and the cathode is restrained from being deteriorated due to the low temperature. Meanwhile, when the temperature of the produced water in an electrolytic sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution discharging pipe 41 is lowered to around 0-10°C which is suitable for washing food, the raw water flowing in a diluting water supplying pipe 15 is cooled by a cooling mechanism 18. The cooled raw water is mixed with the high-concentration electrolytic sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution discharged from the electrolytic cell 29 in a sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution diluting part 39, so that the produced water obtained by the mixing is controlled to have a desired temperature.
