PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for cleaning in which a detergent is gradually released to sustain a cleaning power and by which cleaning can be carried out without replenishing the detergent. SOLUTION: The sheet for cleaning has a structure in which a middle layer formed by an air-lay method and containing a cellulosic fiber is sandwiched between a pair of surface layers containing the same or different thermoplastic fiber(s). A paste like detergent containing 50% by weight or more of a surfactant is held between the pair of surface layers. The viscosity of the paste like detergent is preferably 1,000 mPa s to 500,000 mPa s at 20°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
