<p>A system for managing rights of fee-based digital content according to the present invention comprises a digital content production unit for creating digital content by encrypting information on a criterion for imparting and management of usage rights of the digital content and information on a criterion for imparting and management of distribution . rights of the digital content, and by inserting the encrypted information into the digital content; a digital content distribution unit for encrypting information related to registration or change of a distributor having distribution rights according to the criterion for imparting and management of distribution rights of the digital content, and inserting the encrypted information into the digital content file generated and delivered by the digital content production unit; a digital content reproduction unit for encrypting information on a user making payment and inserting the encrypted user information into the delivered digital content file if the user makes payment according to the criterion for imparting and management of usage rights of the digital content so as to use the digital content delivered from the digital content production unit or distribution unit, and for reproducing the digital content; and a payment-related server for collecting and storing payment-related information from the digital content reproduction unit if the payment for the use of the digital content is made in the digital content reproduction unit, and for sharing benefits from the use of the digital content based on the payment-related information.</p> |
