<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater panel having improved pressure-proof performance. <P>SOLUTION: A gateway side joint portion of the heater panel which receives concentrated stress is reinforced by a plastic resin. Thus, the joining strength of the joint portion is increased to prevent the spreading of crack with its moving direction changed when occurring.
