<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid synchronism between coding devices, to perform actions using various coding devices on the other hand and to realize a synchronized action at an input side of a multiplexer in the multiplexer capable of receiving a data packet from a coding device and transmitting an instruction to a coding device. <P>SOLUTION: While depending upon a time point PCRm-Action of transmitting an instruction to a coding device, a time label PCRc of a data packet, a time reference PCRm of this time label and a maximum transmission time Delta-Action between the coding device and a multiplexer, an action time point PCRc-Action preferable for the coding device to execute the instruction is computed for the coding device, and this action time point PCRc-Action and the instruction are transmitted to the coding device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
