PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the spreading efficiency of a developer and to reduce thickness. SOLUTION: Mask parts 45-48 are disposed at four corners of an opening 20a so as to cover four corners of an exposure surface 13d which become developer-deficient ranges where a developer is hard to spread. The mask parts 45-48 have shapes formed by rounding or beveling four corners of the opening 20a because these are easy to make at a time when an opening is punched out. By increasing the spreading efficiency of a developer, the amount of the developer encapsulated in a developer pod is reduced, accordingly the thickness of a developer pod section and trap section is made thinner.
