PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip on-line analytical system capable of distributing a data required for biochip analysis to a biochip analyzer through a computer network, capable of recovering a biochip read-out data from the analyzer through the computer network, to be analyzed, and capable of returning a result therein. SOLUTION: This system comprises the biochip analyzer, a database accumulated with an array data and an analytical data of a biochip, and a biochip information center equipped with a server unit for carrying out an analysis on the basis of the biochip read-out data, and those are connected via the computer network. The biochip analyzer prepares the biochip, brings it into reaction, and reads out it using the own biochip array data, or the biochip array data provided from the server unit in response to a request, the server unit recovers the biochip read-out data from the biochip analyzer, to be analyzed, and the analytical result therein is transmitted back to the biochip analyzer.
