PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient and low-noise blower without enlarging a propeller fan. SOLUTION: In a plurality of blades extending from a hub part of the propeller fan to an outer peripheral side, a distance between an outer peripheral edge C on a downstream side in a rotation direction of the propeller fan and a rotation center O of the propeller fan is set to be longer than a distance between an outer peripheral edge B on an upstream side in the rotation direction of the propeller fan and the rotation center O of the propeller fan.
