PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve in which solidly adhered ice can be easily stript off. SOLUTION: The throttle valve comprises a valve element 118A supported on a rotation shaft and a cylindrical member 200 provided between an intake pipe 112 and the valve element 118A along the shape of the inner surface of the intake pipe 112.
