PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel fractional distillation device of an internal combustion engine capable of precisely controlling properties of gaseous phase fuel produced by fractional distillation and improving yield of the gaseous phase fuel. SOLUTION: This fuel fractional distillation device 18 of the internal combustion engine furnished with a fractional distillation part 20 connected to a fuel feeding system 11 of the internal combustion engine 1 and to fractionally distillate supplied fuel to a gaseous phase and a liquid phase and a flow rate adjusting means 22 to adjust a flow rate of fuel to supply to the fractional distillation part is furnished with a gaseous phase fuel temperature detection means 27 to detect temperature of the gaseous phase fuel in the fractional distillation part, a liquid phase fuel temperature detection means 28 to detect temperature of the liquid phase fuel in the fractional distillation part and a flow rate correction means 36 to correct a flow rate of fuel supplied from the flow rate adjusting means in accordance with a temperature difference between the liquid phase fuel temperature detected by the liquid phase fuel temperature detection means and the gaseous phase fuel temperature detected by the gaseous phase fuel temperature detection means.
