PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly improve the reliability of a fluid machine with coating formed in a sliding surface of a sliding bearing and a shaft in the fluid machine equipped with the sliding bearing. SOLUTION: In a scroll compressor (1), a bearing metal (61) installed in a frame (24) slides on a major diameter part (53) of a drive shaft (50), a bearing metal (62) installed in a lower part bearing member (40) on a minor diameter part (54) of the drive shaft (50), and a bearing metal (63) installed in a movable scroll (26) on an eccentric part (55) of the drive shaft (50) respectively. A resin coating is formed in an inner peripheral surface of each bearing metal (61, 62, 63). The resin coating is essentially comprised of PTFE and polyimide resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
