PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control structure of a building capable of exhibiting large damping force, by absorbing large energy, even when deformation of a building frame by an earthquake is small. SOLUTION: A pair of support parts 7 and 7 are oppositely arranged in the building frame 1, and a pendulum member 6 is supported by this pair of support parts 7 and 7, and a vibration control member 11 is arranged between an end part of the pendulum member 6 and the building frame (a rectangular frame 3) 1. Thus, when the support parts 7 and 7 are displaced by building frame deformation, the pendulum member 6 swings with a substantially central part between the support parts 7 and 7 as the center. Since the end part of this pendulum member 6 is amplified in swinging, deformation of the vibration control member arranged between the end part of the pendulum member 6 and the building frame (the rectangular frame 3) 1 can be amplified, so that the vibration control function can be effectively operated from small deformation of the building frame 1.
