PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an incoming call in the case of receiving the incoming call in a ringer tone erased state. SOLUTION: When a telephone communication part 12 receives an incoming call, a control part 16 determines the type of the incoming call. The control part 16 determines whether or not a ringer tone erasure flag is set about the determined incoming call. If the determination is affirmative, the incoming call is transmitted from a specific sender and individually set volume data of telephone or mail is set about the specific sender, the individually set volume data is set in a sound volume emission data area of a storing part 18, and a sound part 14 emits volume determined by the volume data.
