PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent electroacoustic transducer for preventing reduction of a spring pressure of a terminal so as to realize stable signal supply to a speaker and to provide electronic equipment employing the same. SOLUTION: Stoppers 70a, 70b of the terminal 30 of an electronic component are configured to be formed from parts of an outer package case 70 of the portable electronic equipment and the height of the stoppers 70a, 70b is adjusted to control a folding range of the terminal 30 so that the terminal 30 has a strong shock immunity, strengthen the stoppers against an external force thereby maintaining a strong spring pressure at all times without exceeding a reversible deformation value of the spring pressure of the metallic terminal of the terminal.
