PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for inorganic nano-particles capable of obtaining inorganic nano-particles in a sufficiently high yield. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the inorganic nano-particles adapted to the manufacture of inorganic nano-particles containing inorganic nano-crystals, a hydrosol phase containing the inorganic nano-crystals is brought into contact with an organic phase, which contains an oleophilic compound for making the surfaces of the inorganic nano-crystals hydrophobic, a sorbitan acid derivative and an organic solvent, to extract the inorganic nano-crystals with the organic phase.
