OFFICE OR HOUSEHOLD ARMCHAIR AND MEANS FOR PHYSICAL STRETCHING

The inventive armchair is provided with means for physical stretching of arms and legs incorporated therein and an effort-control system. Each means for physical stretching of the arms is embodied in the form of an autonomous module which is arranged in the armrest and provided with a piston pneumatic loading device which comprises a front and rear elements for fixing to the armchair, wherein each fixing element has three degrees of freedom enabling the autonomous module to be rotatable about three mutually perpendicular axes and fixable in the neutral and operating position thereof. Means for physical stretching of legs is provided with stretching devices which are arranged in the armrests on the right and left sides of the chair seat and are embodied the form of autonomous modules provided with the pneumatic loading devices and rocking bars with footrests. The chair is provided with a single effort-control system for the rocking arms of all stretching devices. Said armchair enables to carry out physical exercises in a sitting position directly at workplace with an improved comfort level.
