<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer responding robot capable of easily executing key management or the like regarding a large number of objects. <P>SOLUTION: The robot can move in a peripheral environment. The robot stores unlocking or locking signal (key n) groups respectively set regarding a plurality of cars requiring unlocking or locking, specifies a car, which is desired for unlocking or locking, from among a plurality of the cars after recognizing a command of a customer (from S10 to S16), searches an unlocking or locking signal corresponding to the specified car from among the stored signal groups (S18), and unlocks or locks the specified car by transmitting the searched signal via a keyless entry device (S20). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
