PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion of parts held at the other edge of moving parts 11 and 12 in a piezo-electric/electrostrictive device that contains a piezo-electric/electrostrictive element 10b at the side of movable parts 11 and 12 in a substrate 10a having a pair of symmetric movable devices 11 and 12 and a fixed part 13 at either edge of these moving parts 11 and 12.

SOLUTION: A substrate 10a constituting a piezo-electric/electrostrictive device is equipped with a pair of long-size devices 15 and 16 that mount parts H at the other edge of movable parts 11 and 12. The mounting devices 15 and 16 extend in a given distance with slit-like clearances 15a and 16a having a predetermined width along the internal surface of movable parts 11 and 12 at return from the other edge of the parts 11 and 12. In this way, the adhesive area of the mount devices 15 and 16 for the parts H can be extended to substantially improve the adhesion of parts.
