<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can improve in water-proof property and drip-proof property while heat radiating property of a circuit component is maintained. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes a cabinet (4) to which an intake port (5) and an exhaust port (6) are formed. Inside of the cabinet is sectioned into a first chamber (16) and a second chamber (17) with a barrier (15). The first chamber accommodates a heat radiating CPU (25) and the intake port and exhaust port are opened to the second chamber. A heat pipe (32) for transferring the heat of CPU to the second chamber from the first chamber is provided through the barrier. A fan (33) is also provided to the second chamber. The fan exhausts heat of the CPU transferred to the second chamber to the outside of cabinet by discharging the air sucked from the intake port from the exhaust port.
