<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enricher with high usability, capable of obtaining optimum oxygen-enriched air by predicting that a vehicle driver may be in a sleepy environment or state. <P>SOLUTION: An oxygen enricher body 1 with an oxygen enriching means for generating oxygen-enriched air is disposed in the vehicle, and the oxygen enricher body 1 is operated based on the information of a sleepiness predicting means 10 to predict that the vehicle driver will be in the sleepy environment or state, so that the state of generation of oxygen enriched air is changed. Accordingly, oxygen-enriched air can be supplied for the driver before the driver becomes sleepy, and the sleepiness is prevented by inhaling air with high concentration of oxygen.
