<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts replacement management system capable of predicting remaining service life per part for use in management of part replacement in the vicinity of a section where a control panel is installed . <P>SOLUTION: This parts replacement management system is provided with an image capturing means for capturing image data on a face of the control panel for controlling facility to be controlled, a server for storing specifications of control parts, management number given to the control parts, and history data of control parts obtained based on a control part list provided on the control panel and operation history of a facility to be controlled, and a part replacement management device. The part replacement management device has a control panel specifying means for specifying control parts included in the image data based on the specifications of the control parts or the management number given to the control parts and specifying the control panel based on the control part list, a remaining service life predicting means for predicting remaining service life of the control parts based on the specifications of the control parts and the history data, and a display means for displaying the remaining service life. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
