PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for generating a solution guide for problematic effects in product development. SOLUTION: Necessary data are extracted from the relation of parts, assembly operations, attribute data and problematic effects, and by reconstruction by adding a necessary phrase, a solution guide can be generated. Thus, it is possible to automatically generate a concrete solution guide, and to develop such remarkable effects that the shortening of a manufacturing development time and qualitative improvement can be attained.
