PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member having a rubber release layer which does not cause toner-offset with reference to oil-less system toner containing wax, and which is improved in toner releasability. SOLUTION: Regarding the oil-less system fixing member for fixing the toner containing the wax of 0.1 to 40 mass% per 100% of binding resin on a recording material, the release layer of the fixing member is constituted of rubber, and the contact angle of the binding resin to the rubber layer at 180°C is≥80°, and also, the contact angle of the wax is≤70°. By constituting the release layer of the rubber layer where the binding resin hardly gets wet, and also, the wax gets wet to a certain extent, the fixing member which has the rubber release layer capable of reducing adhesion to the toner, which does not cause the toner-offset with reference to the oil-less system toner containing the wax, and which is improved in toner releasability and flexibility can be obtained.
