PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sound quality of a speaker by reducing an acoustic peak caused by a space surrounded by two diaphragms in a speaker module used for sound equipment, electronic equipment and an electronic device. SOLUTION: This speaker is configured by acoustically coupling a first diaphragm 27, a second diaphragm 30, and a panel 29 as one part of a wall surface forming a closed space; and a resonator 34 is installed so as to be coupled to this closed space. Thus, a cellular phone device can be miniaturized using the large second diaphragm, and the degree of freedom in design of the speaker system can be realized while realizing the improvement of the sound quality of the speaker.
