ANTISTATIC POLYOLEFIN FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an antistat for a polyolefin film which assures suitable printability on the film using any printing ink among organic solvent-based inks and aqueous inks, imparts excellent antistaticity, hardly causes whitening by bleeding with time and gives excellent transparency. SOLUTION: The antistat comprises an amine ester compound obtained by reacting 0.8-1.5 mole of an 8-22C straight chain or branched fatty acid and/or a derivative thereof with 1 mole of at least one tertiary amine represented by general formula (A), where at least 10 wt% of the amine ester compound comprises an ester compound of a tertiary amine bearing an unsaturated bond where R1is bivalent or higher-valent.
