PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic skincare or makeup composition capable of forming a deposit having a complex modulus E* less than or equal to 200 MPa, the composition comprising a dispersion of graft ethylene polymer particles in a liquid fatty phase. SOLUTION: The composition allows a deposit to be obtained on the skin that has good adhesion and/or is comfortable and/or that has good transfer resistance, especially in the presence of sebum.
