<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impair no appearance of a door trim caused by exposing a door inner seal and to make a mounting constitution of the door inner seal to a shape having no undercut. <P>SOLUTION: A waist part 12 is formed on an upper end of the door trim 11 by bending it so as to project to a cabin side and a mounting piece 15 extending in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body is formed on a back surface side of the door trim 11 beneath the waist part 12. A clamping frame part 14 is formed on the door inner seal 13 and is fitted and clamped to the mounting piece 15.
