FRAME READ SCHEDULING CIRCUIT AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit and a method for impartially distributing a band to each user in a frame read scheduling and bringing a read delay of a high priority connection frame to a low delay.

SOLUTION: The method includes: a first step of sharing received frames with each user and each class; a second step of monitoring and/or shaping the high priority class frames on the basis of preset information and aborting the frames in excess of a setting permissible amount; a third step of reading the frames of each class of each user shared to a low priority class by a preset scheduling method; and a fourth step of reading the low priority class frames and the frames shared to the high priority class, and the method stops reading of the read high priority class frame by the users for a time equivalent to the length of the high priority class frames read in the fourth step.
