<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system capable of surely preventing the system from being erroneously judged as being in a "gas leak" condition, under the condition in which no leakage of fuel is caused although fuel consumption is constant, and its operation control method. <P>SOLUTION: This cogeneration system has a means 1 to output heat and electricity by fuel, a fuel consuming apparatus 3, a means 7 to measure fuel consumption in the means 1 to output heat and electricity and the fuel consuming apparatus 3, and a control means 4. The control means 4 is structured so as to perform control to reduce the output of the fuel consuming apparatus 3, when the condition in which the fluctuation rate of the sum of the fuel consumption by the means 1 to output heat and electricity and the fuel consumption of the fuel consuming apparatus is less than a prescribed value continues for a threshold period or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
