<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a nano element capable of arranging a plurality of functional atomic groups such as electron-transferring atomic groups, chromogenic atomic groups, etc., on specific positions of a double-stranded DNA substrate in an objective/optional order and localized at desired close proximity locations in an Å order on the DNA substrate. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the nano element arranging the functional groups in the desired positions and order comprises a process of arranging and localizing ≥2 polypeptide compounds containing a zinc finger motif bonding specifically with a specific target base sequence of the double-stranded DNA and the functional atomic group, on the double-stranded DNA by allowing them to come near with an autonomic cohesion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
