<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processing device capable of selecting documents in response to value of contents of the documents without using meta-data showing priority and importance of the documents. <P>SOLUTION: A system 1 comprises a document request-side system 2 for requesting document data, a document supply-side system 3 for transmitting the designated document data in response to a document request from the document request-side system 2, and a document processing device 4 for selecting the document data which is transmitted to the document request-side system 2 by the document supply-side system 3. The document processing device 4 includes an encoded section detecting portion 47 detecting an encoded section included in the document data, an encoding method acquisition portion 48 acquiring information regarding an encoding method for the encoded section, an adjusted contents determining portion 51 selecting the designated document data from the plurality of document data in response to the information regarding the encoding method, and a message transmitting portion 45 transmitting the selected document data to the document request-side system 2 by the adjusted contents determining portion 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
