DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND BROWSING SYSTEM COOPERATING WITH ELECTRONIC FORM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily browse various kinds of information electronically stored around an electronic form file storing information wherein each item is layout-arranged such that browsing is performed in a page unit when performing the browsing including a display output or a print output.

SOLUTION: When performing the browsing including the display output or the print output of an electronic file requested with registration from the outside, the electronic file is converted into the electronic form file storing the information wherein each item is layout-arranged such that the browsing is performed in the page unit, in an electronic form conversion processing part. When providing the electronic form file after the conversion for the browsing, it is stored in a storage device with a referrable structure, and with a hierarchical structure shown in Fig.
