<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living environment maintenance multi-purpose magnetic line band usable for multiple purposes irrespective of a health instrument using the magnetic force of permanent magnets, and a hydro-magnetic activation instrument. <P>SOLUTION: This living environment maintenance multi-purpose magnetic line band needs to be easily attached and detached because of being used as the health instrument or the hydro-magnetic activation instrument. The band is therefore portable and used in a method for being wound around an affected part of the body and a fluid passage pipe or a container, and in a method for being used spread as a plate. Small magnets of each cylindrical shape with a diameter of 10 mm and with a space of 5 mm between the N-pole and S-pole are manufactured from permanent magnets, and the magnets are covered with a nonmagnetic metal so as to be connected. Basically 80 of these magnets are connected to form the magnetic line band. Since there is the size difference of the bodies and the fluid passage pipes and containers, the magnet band is formed with the increase/decrease in the diameter of the magnet, in the space between the N-pole and S-pole and in the quantity of magnets.
