PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively performing automatic water supply to a disposer and the flushing treatment of a drainpipe. SOLUTION: A conduit 40 capable of supplying a city water to both of the supply port of the disposer 30 and the drainpipe 36 is installed between the supply port and the discharge port 34 and the drainpipe. Water supply is performed in a pulverizing mode, and a flushing mode is performed from a time immediately before the end of the pulverizing mode. A jet water stream flows (jetted) into a connection tube while a pulverizing treatment is performed. A sucking action to the lower side of the connection tube 38 is increased by the cooperation of the discharged water stream from the disposer with the jet water stream, and the discharge force of pulverized waste from the disposer is increased more than that when the jet water stream does not flow. Accordingly, the waste can be rapidly and efficiently fed to a drainpipe side. Since the pulverized waste is hard to remain in the disposer, the inside of the drainpipe can be securely flushed by the jetting of the jet water stream.
