PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cut valve to cut the fuel supply using a simple mechanism in tilting at a predetermined or larger angle. SOLUTION: A valve element 34 is rotatably inserted and fixed into an insert hole 28 of a valve body retainer member 22. A third passage 38 formed in the valve element 34 revolves followed by the inclination of a swinging arm 14 integrally with the valve body 34. Consequently, a first passage 26a and a second passage 26b respectively of a first tube 20a and a second tube 20b integral with the valve body retainer member 22 are secured to communicate or shut off to the third passage 38.
