PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealed information carrier equipped with a semiconductor device having a RFID function, in which the writing and rewriting of information by a third person is not easy, by which the presence and absence of a dishonest act can be confirmed and which is excellent in informational confidentiality. SOLUTION: In this concealed information carrier 10, which is formed by laminating a first base material 12 equipped with a RFID device 11 and a first base material 16 equipped with a second base material 15 made of an electrically conducting body through a first bonding member 13 and a second bonding member 14, in which the second base material 15 is arranged so as to overlap with some part or the whole portion of the RFID device 11 and, at the same time, in which the first bonding member 13 and the second bonding member 14 can be peeled and can not be repasted, the first bonding member 13 and the second bonding member 14 are made of a pressingly sticking paste and printing information is provided on the surface of the first base material 12, the second base material 15 or the third base material 16.
