PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user of a wheelchair to drive a vehicle without taking an uncomfortable driving posture or without feeling physical disorder. SOLUTION: The wheelchair carrying vehicle 20 has an input shifting part 2361 to detect whether the wheelchair 10 is fixed at a prescribed position or not, and the wheelchair carrying vehicle 20 is controlled by shifting the input from the operation input of a driving device 220 to the external input according to the result of detection. The wheelchair 10 has an output destination shifting part 1361 to detect whether the wheelchair 10 is fixed at the prescribed position or not, and the destination of output of the operation input of a driving device 120 is shifted from a drive unit of the wheelchair 10 to an IF part 134 according to the result of detection.
