PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer of which the number of crushing blades is reduced without reducing crushing properties. SOLUTION: Comb-cutting-edges 28a are radially formed in a second fixed crushing edge 13. The edge height of the respective edges is set so that the height is lowered stepwise from on end of the second fixed crushing edge 13 to the other end in the comb-cutting edges 28a. The comb-cutting edges 31a engaged with the comb-cutting edges 28a of a second fixed cutting edge 13 are radially formed in a third rotary edge 14. The respective comb-cutting edges 31a are set so that the height is successively lowered stepwise from one end of the third rotary edges 14 to the other end in the comb-cutting edge 31a. Thereby, rotation of the third rotary edges 14 forms positions deeply engaged with the comb-cutting edges with each other and positions roughly engaged with the comb-cutting edges with each other and then taking in of larger garbage is improved.
